Welcome to Seeds of Anaar. By placing an order, you agree to the following Shipping & Returns terms. Please read them carefully.

Seeds of Anaar is a brand owned and operated by Craft Boat Private Limited c/o Nathmal Pugalia. While the brand name reflects our creative identity, all official business operations, invoicing, and legal matters are carried out under the registered entity Craft Boat Private Limited.


1. Shipping

We’re so glad to be sending something special your way.

At Seeds of Anaar, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within a minimum 3 and maximum 8 business days. If your order includes items that are made-to-order or marked with longer timelines, those details will be noted on the product page.

Please note:
We are a small team, and once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or combine it with another.

Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel, but you’ll only be charged a single shipping fee.


2. Delivery Notes

Orders are shipped without a signature requirement by default. If you prefer your parcel to require a signature, kindly mention it at checkout or email us at hello@seedsofanaar.com right after placing your order.

We’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address and adding a signature requirement if needed.

3. Pre-Orders

Some of our pieces are available to pre-order before they’re ready to ship. These items will be clearly marked in the product description or at checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once everything is ready, unless you request otherwise.

If there’s a change in the estimated ship date, we’ll notify you via email.

To request separate shipments for in-stock items, feel free to add a note at checkout or email us at hello@seedsofanaar.com after placing your order. Separate shipping may incur additional shipping charges.


4. Return Policy

As a small brand focused on quality and craftsmanship, we hope you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We gladly accept returns for store credit on eligible orders.

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items only.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@seedsofanaar.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Once approved, you will be given instructions for returning the item.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

Once the above conditions are met a credit note will be issued within 24 hours.


5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange for damaged or incorrect items, based on availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund.


6. Final Sale Items

Please note that all custom orders, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
