Seeds of Anaar is a brand owned and operated by Craft Boat Private Limited c/o Nathmal Pugalia. While the brand name reflects our creative identity, all official business operations, invoicing, and legal matters are carried out under the registered entity Craft Boat Private Limited.

Seeds of Anaar reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of many items, slight variations in size, color, pattern, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD or your local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product subject to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

5. Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI (for domestic orders), and digital wallets as available at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before processing.

6. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Pre-order and made-to-order items follow timelines mentioned on their respective product pages. Read our Shipping Policy for more details.

7. Returns & Store Credit

We accept eligible returns for store credit within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping cost will be deducted from your credit. Learn more in our Return Policy.

8. Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are ready unless requested otherwise. Updated shipping timelines will be communicated via email. See Pre-Order Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—text, images, logos, graphics, and design—is the property of Seeds of Anaar and protected by intellectual property laws. No part may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
